Purchasing with Us:

Any buyer who places an order with us or any reader who needs the information regarding any product, makes an offer with the website, they are enquired with an official e-mail for their delivery information or any product information. Another e-mail will be sent for the product delivery status and product information, if the product is wrongly priced or not available then you should check the official website for the further information. Our contract of purchasing tolerate by the English Law.

 Mode of Payment:

We provide you with the different modes of payment so that it won’t be difficult you to place an order online. Along with the cash on delivery, Net Banking, Credit Card, another new payment mode is also added up i.e.’ Pay Pal which convert your Indian money to foreign exchange online  and simplifies you to place an order.

 Cancellation Process:

If you need to cancel any order then it must be done within 24 days, after that further steps will be taken for the cancellation of the order which is a time consuming process you will get your refund within two weeks. The products which you requested for the return must be  packed properly and shouldn’t be damage or broken it may affect the cancellation and refund.

Convenience Charge and Delivery:

All the products which are ordered to us are dispatch from our store within 2 working days and get delivered to our customers the address they have mailed us. The product which delivered to you is sent by authorized courier company at your delivery address. If you found any physical damage or defect regarding the product then you should consult to the website for the same. In some cases delivery could be extended so customers would have to be cooperative towards the company. Convenience charge for every product would be different according to the weight and size of the product which is excluded from the MRP, the final bill would be generated including the delivery charges.

Guarantee and Faulty Products:

If your find any fault regarding the product then an official email must be sent by you as soon as possible to the company regarding the fault. If possible the image of the faulty product could get attached with the email. If an exchange would be possible then company will arrange a pick up from the delivery address and get replaced with the another appropriate product within the few days.
